Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sunne purchase.

Every Sunne order is packed with care and a touch of sunshine, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Please review our returns policy below for details on refunds, replacements, and damaged items.


Change of Mind

Due to the nature of personal care products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or opened items.
If you’re unsure whether the Hairlighter is right for you, our team is happy to answer any questions before you purchase - simply email us at hello@sunnehair.com


Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Email hello@sunnehair.com with:

  • Your order number, and

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


Incorrect Orders

If we’ve sent the wrong item (oops - it happens!), let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
We’ll send the correct product and provide a prepaid return label if needed.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Once your order leaves our studio, it’s in their care.
If your parcel seems delayed or missing:

  1. Check your tracking number (sent via email once your order ships).

  2. If there’s no update after 10 business days, please email us at hello@sunnehair.com and we’ll help investigate with Australia Post.
    If your parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll organise a replacement or refund for you.


Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping

If your return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Sunne will cover the cost of return postage.
For any other approved returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
