1. Order Processing
All orders are packed with care in our studio in Victoria, Australia and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Please note: during busy periods, sales, or holidays, dispatch may take an extra business day.
2. Shipping Within Australia
We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days to most metro areas.
You’ll be able to track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
3. Shipping to New Zealand
We currently ship to New Zealand via Australia Post International Standard.
Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

4. International Shipping
We don’t currently offer international shipping beyond Australia and New Zealand - but we’re working on it.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected method.
We offer:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on your location | $8.95

6. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays.
Once your order has been shipped, Sunne is not responsible for transit delays or lost parcels, but we’ll always do our best to help locate your order.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the expected timeframe, please email us at hello@sunnehair.com so we can assist.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
We can’t be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@sunnehair.com.
We’ll work with Australia Post to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if your parcel cannot be located.
